Each spring, Toastmasters International clubs across District 8 come together to celebrate powerful communication, leadership, and storytelling through the Spring 2026 Speech Contests. Featuring the International Speech Contest—where original speeches can advance all the way to the World Championship of Public Speaking—and often the Humorous Speech Contest, these competitions progress from the club level through Areas, Divisions, and ultimately the District. Dates for Area and Division contests are now available, helping clubs, contestants, and officials plan ahead for a successful contest season.
