Dr. Susan Marino is an executive leader with 20+ years of experience utilizing performance consulting protocols and high-impact learning systems to build and/or re-invigorate high-impact organizations to achieve their goals. She has proven success translating complex organizational challenges into measurable outcomes by designing systems that help people and organizations learn, grow, and perform at increasingly higher levels.
Specifically, Susan built successful school systems and nonprofits: one of the highest performing LEAs in Missouri (Lafayette Preparatory Academy), an athletic league for middle school students (St. Louis City League), and an alternative high school (ACE Learning Centers).
In her current role as the Executive Director of Charter School Partnerships for the University of Missouri – St. Louis, she serves as a trusted advisor to governing boards, executive leaders, and school leadership teams: translating complex data into actionable recommendations, building sustainable leadership capacity and fiscally strategic organizations, and supporting long-term performance improvement across multiple organizations.
