Sarah is a Global Safety Manager at Bayer AG, where she develops and implements safety procedures across three divisions: Consumer Health, Pharmaceuticals, and Agriculture. As a safety engineer with 16 years of experience, she works closely with employees and contractors to ensure clear understanding of risk, controls, and compliance across all roles. Sarah has successfully leveraged Toastmasters skills in both her professional career and personal life.
Sarah has been an active Toastmaster for seven years, serving not only as a member of her home club, Noontime Toastmasters #7865, but in nearly every club officer role. Her leadership extends beyond the club level, having served the district as Area Director, Division B Director, and Program Quality Director. Her greatest reward has always been coaching clubs and mentoring members, especially helping take the mystery out of Pathways and problem-solving so members can get the most from their Toastmasters experience.
Sarah looks forward to supporting District 8, Area 13, and helping clubs become stronger than when they started in the year ahead.
