Mathew Kanour, Past District Director, joined Hy-Vee Corporate Toastmasters, formerly of District 19, in August 2018 and has been a member of three clubs, serving as Vice President of Education at his home club of Capital City Advanced Presenters in Des Moines. He has served as Area Director, Public Relations Manager, Administration Manager, and as all three Trio roles before his current role as Division A Director.
Mathew is a Des Moines local with a love for rugby, tennis, and video games. He is a 2014 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Accounting and works for Hy-Vee Inc with their accounting department. He enjoys live music, doing his best to get to at least 5 concerts a year. He is passionable volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Meals for the Heartland when free time allows.
