For someone who loves talking as much as I do, gravitating toward Toastmasters was a natural fit. There’s a big difference between being a talker and being a speaker, though—and Toastmasters has made all the difference for me.
In my 20 years as a Toastmaster, I’ve been fortunate to learn from many great mentors (you know who you are!) and have discovered that practice and feedback are the keys to continuous improvement.
I am a member of MAC Toastmasters, Club #701931, and I look forward to learning about and supporting more area clubs in my new role as Area Director.
