Karen Dew is a Dispute & Resolution Specialist at Meritain Health, where she has built a distinguished 32-year career serving in a variety of roles. Throughout her tenure, she has developed extensive expertise in problem resolution, collaboration, and leadership.
Karen joined Toastmasters in March 2020 to strengthen her leadership and public speaking skills and is currently a member of the Aetna Toastmasters Club. She has remained highly engaged at the district level, serving as Area 2 Director during the 2022–2023 term and subsequently as Division A Director for 2023–2024. Committed to continued growth and service, she joined the District Trio as Club Growth Director for the 2024–2025 term and briefly served as Program Quality Director in 2025.
Outside of her professional and Toastmasters leadership roles, Karen leads a nationwide group of women and serves as a state coach for five emerging leaders, supporting their personal and professional development. She is currently pursuing a Project Management Certification, with an anticipated completion date of May 2026. Karen resides in St. Louis, Missouri, and is the proud mother of two adult children, Kendall and Deja.
