Estelle Foster is a highly accomplished leader and Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) who has been an active member of the organization since September 2016. With a background in high-level scientific research and a rapid, award-winning ascent through the Toastmasters leadership ranks, she is the 2026-27 District Director for District 211.
