Jason Heissler, DTM, has enjoyed being a Toastmaster for more than 30 years. He’s been an active member over this time serving his clubs and the District in many leadership capacities including District Finance Manager, Division Director, TLI Dean, and current Area 32 Director in District 211. He is a member of Sunrise Speakers and Delightful Greeters Advanced both located in Bloomington, IL, serving as Sergeant at Arms for both clubs.
Jason has worked at COUNTRY Financial as an actuary his entire career. He’s proud to say COUNTRY was recently recognized by Toastmasters International for 50 years of corporate support! Jason originally joined Toastmasters to improve his impromptu speaking skills. The positive people, leadership experiences and mentoring opportunities are what’s kept him engaged long after that skill was developed.
