What Does an Area Director Do?
Area Directors serve as the connection point between clubs and district leadership. In this role, you’ll help support clubs, encourage member success, and strengthen the overall Toastmasters experience across your area.
Typical responsibilities include:
✅ Visiting and supporting clubs throughout the year
✅ Coaching and encouraging club officers
✅ Helping clubs achieve Distinguished Club Program goals
✅ Sharing district information and opportunities
✅ Identifying club growth and membership opportunities
✅ Attending district leadership meetings and training
✅ Building leadership skills while making a direct impact
This role is ideal for members who enjoy mentoring, collaboration, organization, and helping others succeed.
