Kelly Gaskins joined Toastmasters in 2023 at the encouragement of her manager and has been an enthusiastic, active member ever since. She is currently a proud member of Centene Speaks, having successfully completed her first Pathway and now preparing to embark on her second.
With the support of a dedicated mentor, Kelly has embraced a variety of leadership roles within Toastmasters, including President, Vice President of Membership, Sergeant at Arms, and Area Director. Her favorite part of Toastmasters is welcoming and supporting new members—helping them find their voice and watching them grow into confident communicators.
Outside of Toastmasters, Kelly serves as President of her community Homeowners Association and works professionally in the healthcare industry as a Program Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. In her free time, she enjoys game nights with family and friends, movies, crafting, DIY projects, decorating, and spending quality time with her husband and their beloved fur baby.
Kelly’s goal for this Toastmasters year is to foster leadership in others by encouraging strong communication skills and helping members build confidence in their public speaking abilities.
