Ms. Sharee Adams-Hall is a purpose-driven leader with a deep passion for people, equity, and excellence. She brings more than 20 years of experience as a Senior Research Scientist at Pfizer, where her work has supported life-changing innovations, including the COVID-19 vaccine. While her scientific contributions are significant, Sharee is equally defined by her commitment to empowerment and inclusive leadership.
Whether serving as a subject matter expert in the laboratory or mentoring the next generation through STEM outreach, Sharee leads with clarity, compassion, and intention. As a site co-lead for Pfizer’s Global Black Community, she has been a consistent advocate for diversity and belonging, helping to create environments where women and students of color can thrive in science and leadership.
A proud Toastmaster since 2023, Sharee co-founded the Speak Out Pfizer Toastmasters Club and currently serves as its President. She also supports clubs across the district as Area Director for Area 2, District 8, bringing thoughtful leadership and dedication to every role. In 2024, she earned second place in the Area 2 Table Topics Contest, highlighting both her confidence and her ability to connect through communication.
