Jim Zboran brings a passion for leadership development and personal growth to his role as Division A Director for 2025–2026. As a dedicated Toastmaster and committed coach, he has served in key roles including Vice President Education and Vice President Membership for Ozark Orators in Rolla, Missouri, helping the club more than double its membership and achieve President’s Distinguished status. Known for making complex ideas feel simple and achievable, Jim is especially committed to helping members experience Pathways as meaningful and empowering. He believes that when members clearly understand the Pathways learning experience, they naturally grow in confidence, competence, and leadership potential.
Grounded in the values of authenticity and empowerment, Jim leads with a quiet clarity that helps others find their voice and step into leadership at their own pace. As Division A Director, his focus is on supporting Area Directors, strengthening clubs, and creating an environment where both new and experienced members can thrive.
Beyond Toastmasters, Jim serves as a Transformational Leadership & Empowerment Coach, guiding individuals to lead with authenticity, clarity, and impact. Jim seeks opportunities to connect with fellow Toastmasters across District 8 and collaborate in creating vibrant, growing clubs where every member feels supported in their journey.
