Leigh Kottwitz, DTM has a been a Toastmaster for more than 20 years and is a member of the Downtown Toastmasters Club in Columbia, Missouri. Leigh believes that Toastmasters does not just help build communication and leadership skills, it is a source of endless learning and rich friendships.
Leigh earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Agricultural Education from the University of Missouri. For the last 26 years, Leigh has worked for the City of Columbia and is the Neighborhood Services Manager, leading staff who work with rental housing inspections, code enforcement and volunteer engagement.
Leigh lives near Ashland, Missouri with her husband and daughter. Outside of Toastmasters, Leigh is involved with her church, Kiwanis and following her daughter to horse shows.
