Ireen Smithers is a versatile and highly competent project manager / business analyst professional possessing more than 15 years of international experience in directing business analysis and management information systems initiatives. She successfully delivered global business solutions that enhanced revenues, provided cost and/or time saving functionalities. She possesses solid management skills and the ability to analyze issues, devise continuous process improvements and incorporate initiatives to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
Ireen had been a Toastmaster for 19 years. She initially joined to improve her speaking skills but also found a supportive community that inspires her daily. She considers leading the Youth Leadership Program as the highlight of her career in Toastmaster. Currently, Ireen is an active officer in Speak Easy Toastmasters club and in the PTO in Captain Elementary school. She resides in St. Louis, Missouri, and is humbly a mother of two children, Kaelyn and Clayton.
